Responsibilities

The Outbound Network team is responsible for developing, maintaining and
growing Tesla’s finished vehicle (FV) logistics network. In this role, your
will create, maintain and operate a scalable and cost-effective logistics
network that provides sufficient capacity to move our vehicles to its end
destination. To be successful in this role, you are a strategic thinker, team
player, can work in a fast pace environment and apply first-principle thinking.
You have a can-do attitude and are not afraid to get involved in the action of
operations. You will be an integral part of the Logistics Network team and
reporting into the EMEA Network Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in relevant field or a minimum of
  three years’ experience working in Automotive Logistics or with the relevant
  transport commodity
• A track record of solving hard problems with
  ingenuity and creativity
• Ability to develop strategic solutions based
  on data
• Thrives in an ambiguous environment and enjoys
  adapting to change
• Open-minded self-starter with a positive
  attitude
• Can set direction and build a strategy from
  the ground up
• Good understanding either rail operations,
  ocean freight or finished vehicle trucking
• Experience in network design is a plus
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and
  build robust business strategies
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
