Tesla is looking
for a highly motivated Document Control Specialist.[CF1]  The position will support the design, planning, implementation, and
execution of the documentation infrastructure by providing[CF2]  the team with the necessary information to establish successful
document and quality management systems. The role would support processes and
documentation from the design phase and transition into estimation and self-perform
all the way through closeout. The successful candidate will support daily
management and maintenance of the document control system for estimation, cost
control, projects controls, and other groups within Infrastructure. The role
will be responsible for ensuring up-to-date documentation, records, procedures,
standards, and the quality management system, as well as supporting reporting,
and providing training to team members. This position is in Fremont, CA.

Requirements

At least 3 years in a similar role

Preferred
Qualifications:

Preferred to have experience with Aconex,
Jira, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CX Alloy, BIM 360, SharePoint, Plan Grid
