Responsibilities

Our Design and Construction Project
Management teams at Tesla deliver services for new Tesla showrooms, service
centers, delivery hubs, bodyshops and distribution centers across the region.
You will manage a regionally based team whose focus is to deliver design and
construction services for these new facilities. The Design & Construction
Lead for Central Europe will also be a working manager responsible to manage
and deliver individual projects themselves.  

Requirements

• Educational background in
  Architectural Design or Construction Engineering, alternatively relevant
  work experience
• Knowledge and experience
  working with local building code, ADA, zoning, and other applicable laws
• Understanding of project
  scheduling and the ability to communicate and work closely with
  consultants to ensure that project milestones are being met on time and
  complete
• Proficient in REVIT and
  BIM 360
• Working knowledge of
  Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud package, full understanding of CAD
  applications and international drawing convention standards
• Strong understanding of
  Construction Technical Engineering and its implementation processes 
• High level of
  comprehension and rational resolution
• Willingness to travel
