Tesla is looking for an
experienced leader to drive all phases of charging infrastructure deployment in
the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Deployment Lead seeks to realize and improve
customer experience, efficiencies and cost optimizations for all phases of
Tesla’s Supercharger projects including feasibility, layout, design, grid

Role is imperative in ensuring the Supercharger Deployment feedback loop is
complete, such that feedback from Tesla’s Design and Construction Managers and
partners makes its way into future site and product designs. The Deployment
lead will provide the UK + IRE team with region specific design and
construction solutions that help to optimize the installation process and ramp
up site deployment.

The
ideal candidate for this role has advanced, relevant, and local experience in
infrastructure design, securing grid connections (DNO/IDNO), vendor management
and construction means and methods. Finally, the Deployment Lead has a growth
mindset, while also realizing the importance of implementing efficiencies in
the deployment process and cost optimizations along the way. This includes a
