The Sales & Delivery Operations team is responsible for supporting the field Sales & Delivery organization by driving key systems and operational process improvements, providing clear performance data, improving productivity across Tesla’s field locations, while improving customer experience.
The team is looking for a data and process-driven supervisor/ assistant manager with a primary focus on sales operations. The supervisor/ assistnat manager should be detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven root cause problem solving. Building strong partnerships with field leaders and various teams that support Sales, and driving positive changes will be key to success
- 5+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity including operations management, and evidence of exceptional ability.
- Self-driven initiative to gain and implement a broad knowledge of best practices, track record of detail oriented approach to resolving complicated and/or high-profile problems.
- Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
- Possessing the diplomacy and cooperative style to positively influence outcomes
- Trustworthy and discreet with highly sensitive non-public information
- Passion for Tesla’s products and belief in Tesla’s mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy
