The Tesla Delivery team is committed to providing the best Ownership Experience possible to our customers. This position is a great opportunity to join a world class expanding technology company and assist our Delivery Advisor with document support and coordinate license plates with registration vendor to serve customers and help them to take ownership of their new vehicles. And after delivery the role also need to arrange customer after service as tax refund or other request from customer.
– Detailed oriented, can handle high volume of data in an organized way.
– Strong ability to work independently, knowing how to prioritize tasks in a fast pace working environment.
– Enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the transportation industry.
– Good at work cross-functionally with logistics, Customs, Customer support, Vendors, Operation and Admin.
– Capable of understanding new information/systems at a rapid pace
– Willing to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.
– Excel formula & word function skills(ex:vlookup, mailmerge…) knowledge is plus
– Team management experience is plus
