What to Expect  

Tesla is looking for a Customer Support
Specialist to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world.
This position requires high-level ability to work with both customers and
partner businesses, so the candidate will require strong customer support
skills and experience.

The overall
responsibility of this role will be to support customers (vehicle owners) as
they work directly with our approved collision centers to receive repairs in a
timely manner. The Collision Support team maintains positive working
relationships with collision centers, customers, as well as varied internal
groups, so experience working in team environments as well as independent work
is required.

Requirements

    Years of customer service experience
  • Experience
    in automotive or insurance industry a plus
  • Evidence
    of exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional
    customer service and soft skills
  • Ability
    to effectively prioritize and multitask
  • Experienced
    with MS Office Suite

    to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
