As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for defining and upholding the Tesla tone of voice across all customer-facing content—inclusive of our customer communications, web pages, vehicle user interface and app/web experience.

This role is on-site at our Design Studio in Los Angeles and reports to the Content & Copy Manager.


  • Degree in Communciations, Journalism, English or another related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • AP style expert
  • 3-4+ years of related work experience in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Skilled at maintaining cross-functional work relationships
  • Exceptional visual and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple parrallel-path projects
  • Fluent in English
