Responsibilities
Our Design and
Construction Project Management teams at Tesla deliver services for new Tesla
showrooms, service centers, delivery hubs, body shops and distribution centers
across the region. You will manage and deliver individual projects either with
a focus on design and/ or construction management, and work with the brightest
people to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
The Role:
The Construction Project Manager will assume the responsibility of being the
main source of contact and driver for each project. Their focus will be on
managing all cross-function partners & third-party vendors to ensure
projects are priced accordingly, built as to plan, within budget &
schedule.
NOTE: This is a
temporary position with a contract for 12 months period.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Architectural,
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Alternatively relevant work experience
and evidence of exceptional ability - Strong experience in
Project Management and Contractor management, demonstrated application of
project and program management fundamentals to complex engineering problems - Experience managing
multi-disciplinary building, infrastructure and/or MEP projects, projects
within Architecture/ Engineering firms (whole project lifecycle) - Experience working with
authorities and be able to build strong relationship with local jurisdictions - Ability to read and
work with REVIT, CAD drawings and BIM360 and plan sets - Proficient in Microsoft
Office + Microsoft Project + SharePoint - Experience in full
construction project financial management, including budgeting, procurement,
change order management, invoicing, and financial reconciliation. - Superior level of
motivation and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment - Collaborative attitude
and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment - Exceptional
organizational skills with strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Fluency in English and
local language desirable - Positive, enthusiastic,
fast learner, can-do mindset and passionate about manufacturing infrastructure - Ability to travel
