Construction Permitting Manager
Requirements
- Industrial or commercial construction knowledge
- Extensive experience working with various municivcity, county, state jurisdictions or AHJ (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) for permitting and/or inspection
- BA/BS or MS degree, or equivalent experience, or evidence of exceptional ability
- Demonstrated leadership and excellent track record of problem solving across multiple teams or stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of problem solving and issue resolution across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
