Responsibilities
Tesla is looking for an individual experienced with calibration programs, quality systems, and technical quality processes to contribute to the team managing the factory wide calibration program and laboratory systems at Gigafactory Texas. As the Calibration Program Engineer, you will be responsible for facilitating the daily operation of and providing technical guidance for the calibration program as well as supporting the implementation of quality systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in relevant calibration, laboratory, or quality operations positions
- Strong project management and organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven strong technical support for a quality manufacturing and laboratory environment
- Strong analytic problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize in highly dynamic production environment
- Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
- Proven people leadership background
