The sales and service infrastructure developement team is looking for highly skilled and motivated Buisiness Intelligence Developer to support our team by desiging data solutions, optimizing data pipeline arctecture, as well as developing infrastructure for data collection.
As Business Intelligence Developer, you will contribute to build internal tools and web services for the EMEA Sales and Service infrastructure team, including project budgeting, cost control, equipment capacities, utility usage and project management tools. You will require a sharp business focus, a collaborative style of working abd a proactive and critical mindset. Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing skills are cruicial as is the ability to synthesize complex issues and drive desired outcomes. Tesla is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes. The successful candidate is a self-starter with a passion for data analystics and continuously demonstrates an ability to tackle complex problems and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
- Proficiency developing with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience in web application development, including implmenting Application Programming interfaces (APIs), Object Oriented Programming and Design (OOP&D), Object Relational Mapping (ORM)
- Experience in creating dashboards/visualizations using, E.g Tableau, Power (or similar)
- Proficiency with SQL and DAX, a good understanding of database systems, comfort with Python and Javascript
- Experience in web application development, including Implementing
- Detail-oriented/relentless, willing to find cracks in the system to expose problems
- Strong ogranizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with complex and demanding deadlines
- Exceptional communications, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner
- Self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of cross functional teams, systems and products in a high-pressure environment
- Experience analyzing and documenting business processes
- Full proficiency in English is required – and additional language is a bonus
