Requirements

  • You bring at least 3 years of work experience as a body technician in the industrial sector or in the workshop.
  • You know what matters in the automotive industry and can organize multiple tasks with equally high priorities, as well as set and achieve goals.
  • You bring a hands-on mentality as well as a willingness to work shifts (continuous rotating shift model).
  • Your work always meets the highest quality standards.
  • You get excited about new trends in production and come up with creative solutions to improve processes and master every challenge
  • You communicate at the same level with your team and have an empathy, with which you can positively influence the work performance of each team member
  • You speak and understand English and additional German is desirable
