Our Factory Engineering Team is looking to hire
an experienced professional to support and develop out BIM and VDC workflows.
This person will be directly responsible for coordination efforts and process
enhancements for multiple projects within the Giga Texas project in Austin,
Texas. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly communicate within teams
with several technical and specialty disciplines. Experience in working with large, complex
projects and the ability to multi-task your supporting efforts will help you
excel in this job.
Degree in Construction Management or Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical
Engineering and/or evidence of exceptional experience.
years of hands-on experience working within a coordination specialty or in
construction of large-scale projects.
Experience with high-tech infrastructure and operational facilities
(semiconductor, solar, battery, etc.) preferred, but not required.
expertise in using, and supporting users in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks
and various reality capture applications.
in AutoCAD, IFC, data interoperability and general awareness of other
BIM and parametric design applications.
interfacing with Project Controls Teams (construction, scheduling, asset
acquisition and cost control) regarding quantity takeoffs, including alignment
between Work Breakdown Structure, cost tracking, data entry, value tracking and
the associated BIM parameters.
