Responsibilities
Tesla is looking for a BIM
Engineer to
work on large scale ground-up Engineering-Procurement-Construction project that requires
exceptional talent. The product is expected to be a never-built-before
production lines, and requirements demand production volume at a scale which
was once thought to be impossible to reach. Our environment is fast-paced and

Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree or master’s degree in Construction Management or Civil, Architectural,
or Mechanical Engineering and/or evidence of exceptional experience - Minimum
of 4 years of hands-on experience working with Engineering and Project
Management teams on high-tech infrastructure and operational facilities
(semiconductor, solar, battery, etc.) - Proven
expertise in Revit, Navisworks and reality capture applications - Proficiency
in AutoCAD, IFC, data interoperability and general awareness of other
BIM and parametric design applications - Experience
with coding, visual programming (C#, Python, Dynamo), and database integrations
are preferred - Experience
interfacing with construction and cost control on quantity takeoffs and
alignment between Work Breakdown Structure based cost tracking using BIM
parameters - Experience
working with facility management teams in utilizing BIM for facility operations - Ability
to communicate and coordinate clearly and effectively, High sense of
responsibility - Ability
to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment - Desire
to do the impossible with a positive attitude - Strong
