Associate Support Engineer Powerwall – German & English Speaker (18 Months Maternity Cover)

The Role

Tesla is looking for a
temporary Associate Support Engineer (18 months temporary assignment) to
provide technical support for Tesla Energy’s product, the Powerwall.

Delivering exceptional customer
service by ensuring Tesla meets its obligations and commitments in a timely
manner is a key expectation. The ideal candidate will have technical acumen and
ability to provide a remarkable customer service.

experience is a true pleasure, this may be the role for you.  Based in Berlin,
this position will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to
proactively improve the owner and installer experience for our rapidly growing
customer base. 


Provide remote support to Certified Installers in order to
complete the commissioning.

Provide highest level of support to installers by trouble
shooting and doing necessary follow-up.

Escalate critical issues when needed.

Evaluate the needs of business customers and work in a creative,
pro-active manner to resolve technical issues with the battery systems.

Educate our business customers so they have optimal
confidence in the operation of the energy storage system.

Accurately record issues and data into CRM database.


Background in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics,
Energy or Electronic background preferred)

Experience as a support engineer or in a customer-focused role is a

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot  technical issues

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Fluency in English and German

Ability to prioritize effectively, handle shifting priorities and

Establish and maintain positive, cooperative, working

Available for a 18 month assignment and able to start on the short
term (June or July)
