The Role

As Associate Quality Manager Cells you will be responsible to manage both Quality Engineering and Operations teams leading our quality culture in a high-volume world-class battery cell manufacturing environment. The manufacturing process covers the full cell process from stamping to mixing, calendaring and assembly. 

Requirements

• 5+years of experience in Quality Management, leadership, engineering, failure analysis, test, or service engineering
• Flexibility to work across multiple varied processes
• Knowledge of statistical quality tools
• Strong background in core problem solving tools
• Ability to lead and coach problem solving projects in complex environments
• Ability to drive cross functional action
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding and experience high volume manufacture
• Strong engineering fundamentals and intuition
• Work under pressure
• Can work independently
• A drive for action
• Ability to communicate complex topics quickly and efficiently
• Fluent in English language, German and other languages are a plus
