Responsibilities
Tesla is looking for an Architectural Designer to work on large scale ground-up Engineering-Procurement-Construction project that requires exceptional talent. The product portfolio is expanding with never-built-before production lines, and requirements demand cell production volume at a scale which was once thought to be impossible to reach. In this role, you will be asked to be the primary architectural designer for the design and engineering efforts to support construction of infrastructure development, from concept level to production.
Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent experience and the evidence of exceptional ability

Minimum of 3 years Architectural design experience

Ability to obtain architecture license and be registered in any State

Excellent communication skills essential for team-based working

Proficient in the use of various computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks

Expert Knowledge of REVIT. Ability to complete detailed models, coordinate disciplines, create schedules and details, work in work sets, and create families in Revit

Professional design experience in a wide range of project types including industrial cooling tower systems, chiller plants, boiler plants, office, mission critical/data centers, restaurant, high tech/R&D, bio-tech/pharmaceutical and industrial

Construction coordination experience an asset

Knowledge of preparation of architectural contract drawings and specifications

Ability to create site & building renderings for concept evaluations and executive level presentations
