The role of the Architectural Coordinator will assist the architects
with checking building codes and standard compliances in all design phases,
preparing tender and construction documents and driving architectural design
management during construction. The Coordinator will be point of contact for
all facets of the architectural review process.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil
engineering or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Experience in the HOAI phases of LPH1-LPH7
- Experienced in producing architectural
drawings and detailing at all design stages and coordination with other
- Proven success in project management,
communications, influencing others, cross-functional team interaction, and
driving results on time.
- Excellent organization, problem solving,
tactical thinking, and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of building design and
- Proficiency in 2D/3D software, such as
Auto CAD, Revit and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
- Ideally knowledge of relevant building
codes, German regulations and standards
- Ideally have German and English language
