As part of the Social Media Team, you will be working for two brands: SHARE NOW and Free2move. Based in Berlin, your focus will be on supporting our Social Media & Influencer Relations Manager with the management of the SHARE NOW TikTok and Instagram channel. You will get the opportunity to help build our TikTok and Instagram Reels presence and to contribute your own, creative ideas to grow our social media channels. 



  • As part of the Social Media team, you will work closely together with our Social Media & Influencer Relations Manager to identify trends and create content pieces that are authentic and engaging
  • You will support the editorial management for Instagram and TikTok by e. g. generating post ideas, creating and publishing content
  • You always have an eye on current trends, content formats and best practices on Instagram and TikTok and help to translate them for our brand
  • You will be interacting with our communities on Instagram and TikTok on eye-level in order to drive brand engagement and to offer support where needed
  • You will help to identify content creators on TikTok, develop on-brand collaboration concepts and put them into practice
  • You will support to keep track of relevant KPIs and create reportings to monitor our overall channel performance



  • You are a true representative of Gen-Z or have a similar mindset and knowledge when it comes to social media channels and trends
  • You are enrolled in a media or marketing related study programme for the entirety of your contract (12 months) and are available to work 20 hours/week
  • You are fluent in German and English – French is a plus
  • You have a strong interest in TikTok and Instagram with a deep understanding of both platforms
  • You always know what’s trending on social media and have a good sense for storytelling
  • You are familiar with the most important KPIs for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • You're proficient in using common video creation apps, the ability to operate Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other Creative Suite programs 
  • You learn quickly on the go, are adaptable and able to work independently as well as in in a team
  • You show initiative and are confident introducing and helping to implement new ideas
  • You are a SHARE NOW user or passionate about the concept of new mobility
