The Global Customer Care team is in an exciting phase of expanding our very own Customer Care Center! This function will work both directly with customers, as well as with third parties representing Polestar, to ensure that customers can get the help and information they need through the channel that best suits them. In this golden opportunity, you and the team will together deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We are looking for a service minded Leads Concierge who will be working in this in-house function based in our Milan office which operates initially within office hours. As the centre grows shift patterns will be introduced across wider opening hours. Together with your new colleagues, you will set the bar for success within the service delivery towards our customers. The Leads Concierge will work within the Polestar Customer Care team to deliver a premium experience to Polestar customers through their shopping journey.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will follow-up on outbound calls on test drives, internet leads, and leads generated at Polestar spaces. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, supporting them through the order process and build relationships to deliver a premium experience, ensuring the shopping journey is personalized and well-informed.
- Initiate outbound calls to meet the needs of special projects as assigned
- Work with our customers to assist in scheduling test drives
- Support customers through the ordering process of their new Polestar
- Efficiently handle call volumes knowledgeably while maintaining an excellent experience
- You will be the liaison between the digital retailing shopper and our Space employees
During the first weeks of your employment, you will have an induction period where you will learn about your role, your team and the Polestar way. After completing this, you will be a part of a training and development program, which is an on-going opportunity to learn and grow in skills – we believe in a culture of coaching and development for all people joining.
Who you are
For you, it is all about the energy and passion for customer experience that drives your results. You have a customer centric-mindset with attention to details and thrive to work in an ever-evolving work atmosphere. As an agile learner, you are comfortable with technology, learning new tools, and able to work with a variety of content areas/teams.
Additionally, we would like to
- Previous experience working with Customer Support or Sales
- Strong understanding of the needs of a premium customer
- Excellent oral and written communication in Italian and English
- Tech savvy with knowledge of PC and telephony systems
