Our German team is expanding, and you now have an opportunity to join the Polestar journey and become part of the Order to Delivery team. This role will support delivery operations in Germany. The role covers a broad portfolio of tasks and is based in Cologne, Germany.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will make sure that our car delivery process runs smoothly and in line with our customer journey. You will also support improving existing processes and implementing new structures to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction and efficient process flows. The role involves planning and monitoring of vehicle logistic flows and deliveries to end customers, as well as management and allocation of vehicles within our distribution system. You will also be working on troubleshooting in logistics, distribution and delivery processes and derivation of improvement possibilities.

Moreover, you will:

• Support of capacity planning to reach company targets
• Provision of order information upon request
• Evaluation of relevant KPIs and analysis to ensure continuous improvement
• Frequent reporting and analytics regarding order, distribution and delivery statuses for market management and relevant HQ stakeholders
• Communicating with our delivery partners

Who you are

We are looking for a self-starter who can adopt a proactive approach and take initiative with minimal supervision. You have a great ability to coordinate and work in a team because you understand the importance of ensuring that no details are overlooked. On top of this, you strive to work in a structured and efficient manner with a strong passion for cars. We want you with a “can-do” attitude with a flexible mindset of being able to switch tasks whenever needed.

Further on, we believe you to have:

• A university degree in business administration, logistics or in a related field
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Practical experience in a similar position is considered meritorious
• Excellent German and English skills, both verbally and in writing
