The Business Development Centre is where Polestar’s Sales team works in synergy with the Customer Engagement team. We aim to ensure the best experience to our customers from the moment they first approach us to the handover of their first Polestar and beyond. We believe the best image we can give is the satisfaction of a happy Polestar driver. Our staples are transparent feedback, trust and cooperation.

We are now looking for you who will support our Customer Engagement & Development Center for Polestar in Italy. This role will be based at our Polestar office in Milan and report to the Customer Care Team Lead.


What you’ll do

In this role you will be assisting and supporting the Customer Engagement and the Inside Sales teams with tasks such as following, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and updating the CRM
  • Managing the Social Media platform Sprinklr
  • Updating website’s FAQs
  • Assisting with translations and data collection
  • Participating to meetings and trainings in order to document developments and updates


Who you are

We are looking for you with a high personal drive, curious mind, and mindset of continues improvement. You are a natural problem-solver with thorough attention to detail. You enjoy and work efficiently in a team as well as being used to taking the initiative and work independently.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Languages, Sociology or Psychology
  • Fluency in Italian and English language is a must
  • Sound knowledge of the usual MS Office applications
  • Interest in and knowledge of various technical subjects
