Our Polestar family is growing, and we are now searching for an EV admirer who is excited to take on the role as Community Management Copywriter. The role is part of the Global Community Management team consisting of specialists and operational community managers where teamwork is the key for success.

You will be part of the Customer Experience department, that is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.


What you’ll do

Your passion for communication will set the tone of voice toward our community. As Community Management Copywriter, you will write and publish communication in the Polestar global social media channels as well as the Polestar Community for owners. The responsibility involves securing that Polestar meet customers, followers, prospects, industry professionals, journalists, and fans in a timely and unique Polestar way, making sure that the tonality and brand identity maintains engaging and on brand. You will craft responses that will connect to the target audience, as well as using social media management tools and dashboards to keep information up to date.

You will also:

  • Collaborate closely with Central Community Management team, Polestar Support, Global and Local Marketing, and PR teams
  • Ensure the right prerequisites for excellence by working closely with Community Management Specialists and Operational Community Managers
  • Work with information flows and maintain response matrixes and databases
  • Continuously maintain and evolve tonality in our channels


Who you are

To be a great fit for this position, you are either a native English speaker or bilingual, you thrive in a social sphere and are a personal user of social media channels. You understand the importance of tone-of-voice as well as social media and online communication for brands with a knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels. Additionally, we are looking for you who have a BSc degree within Communication or relevant field of Marketing/Comms.
