Mobileye Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Team Leader to join our Sales Team in North America’s Intelligent Mobility Solutions division. This role will provide vital support to Mobileye’s regional sales managers by developing strategies and tactics on lead identification, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The candidate will be a motivated, great communicator and be a strong player coach to lead the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team into highly productive performers, increase the conversion rate of sales qualified leads, and generate new business opportunities.
This position will report to the Mobileye North America General Manager and will be hybrid based in Mobileye’s mid-town Manhattan office in NY.
Job Responsibilities
Act as a “player coach” to perform basic SDR responsibilities and oversee the SDR team
Develop and implement creative strategies to target decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to grow company revenue
Build and scale up our sales development functions by developing, mentoring, and coaching a small team of SDRs
Drive high levels of productivity for the team and maintain individual accountability to targets
Participate in discovery calls by speaking to customers directly to qualify them as leads
Actively pursue outbound leads through cold-calls and cold-emails
Immediately react to inbound and campaign leads (MQLs)
Manage accuracy in Salesforce to capture all activities and tasks
Collaborate with Marketing team to increase the network of potential leads and ensure effective communication and follow-up on leads
Lead the conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads for Mobileye’s sales team
Own and manage metrics and goals to help drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
Represent Mobileye products and services and understand how solutions meet customer needs
Work with Regional Sales Managers to increase regional pipelines and overall sales
Base salary range: $70,000- $85,000 depending on experience (DOE). Commission paid in addition to base salary.
Requirements/Qualifications
B2B experience is a must
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior position on an SDR team
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a B2B sales development representative
Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies
Experience using Salesforce is a must
Prospecting skills to break into new accounts and verticals
Strong hunting mentality for outbound lead generation
Ability to research and ask questions to quickly uncover pain points and needs
Strong understanding of SDR skill set, including but not limited to cold calling and emailing
Exceptional communication – written and verbal
Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Ability to work well under pressure and interact with stakeholders across multiple departments
Proficient in Microsoft Office
At least 3 days working in the NY Manhattan Mid-town office
