Customer Success Specialist

What will your job look like:


  • Building good customer relationships and being in front in case of an issue to avoid escalation
  • Handling customer issues in harmony without conflicts
  • Responding to customers in short SLA and with professionality
  • Leading lesson learned
  • Working closely with Quality, RMA, engineering, Finance , Sales and Legal
  • Tracking issues and raising flags in advance
  • Establishing automation to avoid manual work
  • Problem solving , finding the right solution for customers needs
  • Sending reports to C-Level
  • Leading PCI/PCN process with customers and internal teams
  • Managing samples supply chain
  • Documentation – creating processes and maintaining current documents
  • Working with Sales to get Forecast for customers, align it with ST , inventory , accurate frequency
  • Defining KPIs

    All you need is:


  • B.Sc. in, Industrial Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in semiconductors field as: sales, customer success or technical position
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Highly organized; able to follow-up on multiple complicated tasks in parallel; interface with many varied technical stakeholders
  • Ability to identify issues, determine root cause and recommend accurate and actionable solutions to improve customer’s experience
  • Self-starter, high attention to details and self-learning skills
  • Ability to function well under pressure, with heavy workload (tight deadlines) and multitasking abilities
  • Great people skills
  • Effective project management skills
