Employee portal content lead

We are searching for a passionate employee communications superstar who will be responsible for researching, planning, and implementing Mobileye’s employee portal and will help us shape the tone and voice of employee communications.

Our ideal candidate lives and breathes content, loves technology, is hyper-organized, tech/SaaS savvy, a self-starter by design and is addicted to communications.

As a portal content curator and owner, you will work within the marketing department and in very close daily collaboration with multiple departments within Mobileye such as HR, Operations and Information Systems, serving as the content channel for all content being posted and pushed to employees The role will require both content creation and content management when created by other departments.

This position is varied, requiring flexibility as well as diplomacy, problem-solving ability, and initiative.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, a natural people person, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

This is a new role; one you can truly make your own and become immersed in this new portal and growing organization.


What your job will look like:


  • Content strategy: map and prioritize content for the new portal
  • Collaborate with multiple and different departments within Mobileye
  • Create work procedures to keep the portal up-to-date
  • Assist in introducing the portal to employees
  • Lead the content creation and provide support to content partners across the organization
  • Produce and publish new content for the portal
  • Collaborate with our design team to create an appealing layout
  • Check content for accuracy, proofread and edit material
  • Monitor and measure the portal’s traffic and constantly work to ensure its adoption and popularity

    All you need is:


  • BA in journalism, communications, or similar relevant field – strong advantage
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in similar position
  • Excellent verbal and writing, proofreading, and editing skills in English
  • High proficiency in Hebrew
  • Strong computer skills and highly tech savvy, loves to learn new tools and apps
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Detail oriented and a team player that can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience from a Hi-Tech or Global Company – advantage
  • Familiarity/interest in Marketing – advantage
  • Previous experience in social media management – advantage
  • The role is based in Jerusalem
