Our Mobileye Trade and Regulatory team designs and oversees the Company’s policies and practices on export, import and supply chain management and reviewing product design to ensure compliance to relevant standards and regulation.

 

What your job will look like:

 

  • Manage the Regulatory & Trade Compliance team in maintaining a culture of compliance in Mobileye
  • Manage analysts responsible for determining accurate classification data (HTS, ECCN, COO) according to global Customs laws and regulations
  • Manage projects and assist in developing training and auditing plans to support continuous improvement of the existing compliance program.
  • Act resourcefully to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality parameters
  • Responsible for regulatory engineering activities in partnership with OMD and design teams, reviewing product design for compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including EMC, Product Safety, Wireless, Automotive UN ECE Regulation 10, REACH, CA Prop 65, and ELV.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections and issue summary and periodical reports
  • Remain up to date with regulatory updates worldwide and implement necessary adjustments
  • The position requires continuous collaboration with multiple internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all products remain competitive in the global marketplace.
  • Monitor, analyze, enhance and streamline trade practices
  • Design internal compliance and trade procedures
  • Quick resolution of regulatory inquires

    All you need is:

     

  • BS/MA in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant/regulated industry experience is required.
  • Must have a clear understanding of US and Israeli export controls and other control regimes, including product classification, encryption controls, regulatory restrictions, exclusions and waivers
  • Prior experience in people management
  • Fluent English – a must; Other languages are a great advantage
  • Familiarity with anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislations, associated risks and best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with Conflict minerals regulations
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, ERP, Jira etc.
