What your job will look like:
Planning and Managing the EyeQ production , scheduling and shipments
Perform and engage with the cross functional team and provide production planning leadership as required
Lead the EyeQ planning team
Ensure timely delivery of production against customers , sales , finance and various teams
Manage Manufacturers and subcontractors
Ongoing work with suppliers and customers
Track and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods
Manage Forecast requests from customers and sales team
Managing and approving changes in pricing
Working closely with engineering team and manufacturers on ECO/PCN
Writing documents and procedures
Working closely with legal team on contracts
Working with the Quality team to conduct audits to manufacturers, suppliers and warehouse
Establishing processes and automation
Managing large volume of budget
Managing and handling escalation with customers
Handling customers complaints and RMA (replacements and repair)
All you need is:
At least 5 years of experience as a planning manager in a technologic company
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or similar degree – a must
Fluent English – a must
High level knowledge in Excel including writing formulas – a must
Experience with ERP systems – an advantage
Initiative, responsible, meet deadlines and business orientated
At least 3 year as a team leader
