We’re looking for a talented Title and Registration Manager to further expand on the development of Flexdrive fleet services. As we scale our offerings, we are seeking an industry expert and builder with a deep focus on process improvement.  You will lead partner management across internal and external stakeholders and manage the registration lifecycle for thousands of vehicles across multiple verticals at Lyft and external customers. You will take point on managing the title and registration process from vehicle purchase through the end of life. 

The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong bias for action and the ability to manage multiple, complex, and cross-functional projects at one time. They should be well versed in building process plans and holding key stakeholders accountable for continuous refinement and improvement throughout planning and execution. Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational initiatives in close partnership with a variety of cross-functional teams (Field Organization, Product, Biz Ops)
  • Manage title and registration activities throughout our vehicles’ lifecycle (infleeting, on-going management, disposition, & remarketing)

  • Proactively identify risks, and create mitigation strategies for new operational initiatives 
  • Drive regional process improvements and roll out policy changes to maximize program impact
  • Build cross-functional, internal and external partnerships that support your unit of business
  • Execute deep dives and present project-specific findings to cross-functional partners to help drive high-impact decisions
  • Communicate program status and report on key performance indicators to Fleet leadership

Experience:

  • 5+ years of operational experience; 3+ years of title and registration experience required
  • Experience leading a team and helping them solve complex problems
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator and partner, you find win-wins for all parties, and are an expert at influencing without directly managing. Prior experience working with Product/Eng teams is a plus
  • Self-starter with natural curiosity: you are comfortable with ambiguity and love to ask questions to get at underlying issues
  • Extremely process-oriented, with experience simultaneously managing multiple complex projects  
  •  Experience managing vendors and partners

For candidates living in Colorado the expected base pay range is $100,230 -$117,920 and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
