As a Program Specialist for our Government and Social Enterprise vertical, you’ll help our clients understand the power of Lyft Business. You will work as the implementation and product expert, who alongside our sales team, will be responsible for onboarding and implementation of Lyft Business’ products for transportation use cases across corporate travel, workplace commute, events, recruiting, etc.  You will be the “ears and eyes” of our ride programs ensuring that our customers find success by using Lyft for their transportation needs. 

We’re building the next great mobility platform, and we are seeking self motivated, organized problem solvers that are ready to roll up their sleeves and become the “in the weeds expert” to help launch and maintain our robust transportation programs.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation of new programs for transportation partners with all of their product and billing needs. 
  • Triage partner issues and ensure they are resolved in an appropriate timeline. Often requires working with cross-functional teams such as accounting, legal, compliance and engineering.
  • In partnership with Enterprise Account Executives & Account Managers, launch and implement transportation programs — each with unique transportation and billing needs
  • Understand the transportation nuances/objectives amongst our largest Federal, State, and Local government partners and how Lyft Business products can support their transportation needs across use cases like corporate travel, commute, events, recruiting, etc. 
  • Conduct frequent product demos to customers as part of the Sales process across organizations in the enterprise, retail, and hospitality verticals
  • Support Enterprise Account Managers to prepare for partner meetings, and help pull data for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Work alongside Enterprise Account Managers in understanding customer needs and go-to-market strategy to increase usage of Lyft Business transportation products 
  • Provide regular reporting  and account updates to internal and external stakeholders offering insights and recommendations to optimize current transportation programs
  • Troubleshoot product issues and serve as a liaison between Lyft’s product team, internal sales and our customers to develop changes or enhancements to our overall product suite


  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience required with 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, Business Development experience preferred from any field)
  • Aligned with Lyft’s core values 
  • Advanced experience with GSuite 
  • Ability to handle multiple internal and customer facing responsibilities at once
  • Adept at communicating to customers and understanding specific transportation and customer support needs across multiple stakeholders
  • Self driven in building cross functional relationships internally including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Collections, Legal, etc
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and transactional work environment, while keeping note of strategies that can help build our business
  • Self-motivated and ready to go at a moments notice; demonstrates end-to-end project ownership

For candidates living in Colorado the expected hourly pay range is $26.61-$32.73 and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.

This role is work-from-anywhere, excluding the following states and all U.S. territories: Kansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Puerto Rico.
