We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager – Wiring Harness System. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of excellence and managerial achievement. The candidate is an accomplished program/project manager and/or systems engineer of wiring harness systems, with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to influence and coordinate with talented engineering teams and stakeholders, for a seamless technical program development. The candidate communicates effectively to ensure each individual team member remains aware of the most relevant program milestones, and deliveries expectations placed by the vehicle program team. Critical issues are promptly identified and brought up to senior management alongside a concise action plan. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for efficient progression within a fast-paced and complex work environment.




  • Manages the technical development of the electrical wiring harness system, part of our vehicle programs.
  • Drives end-to-end design and development projects, and takes ownership of technical definition/specification and implementation. Including support for LVEE hardware and mechanical packaging integration, validation and testing.
  • Accompanies vehicle programs from the conceptual phase to the start of production and market introduction, including series production maintenance and model upgrades, ensuring a successful launch based on program scope, timing and budget.
  • Leads communication and escalation of priority topics to upper management in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Executes solid root-cause analysis with the ability to identify and predict possible product deviations from the defined technical specs.
  • Works with engineering managers and technical leads to define the level of effort, resources and requirements based on assigned budget and timing.
  • Proactively evaluates design and engineering decisions, including active participation in the definition of hardware and software design, making sure they don’t cause any gap in correlation with the program scope and related feature specs.
  • Eager to learn about new technologies in order to drive constant optimization efforts in collaboration with the engineering and integration areas.
  • Researches, evaluates and benchmarks industry standards and methodologies, looking forward to a continuous improvement on the deliveries to the program.
  • Fosters strong cross-functional partnerships, and is able to effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines. 



  • 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management of design, definition, specification of complex wiring harness systems; as a hands-on driving leader.
  • 5+ years of active contribution in the design, specification and implementation of LV and/or HV wiring harness systems.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry, or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of development and delivery of technical wiring systems.
  • Experience with LVEE hardware development, verification, validation and integration processes.
  • Knowledge of automotive and safety standards (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262, etc.)
  • Knowledge of automotive communication and diagnostics protocols (e.g. Ethernet, CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)
  • Ability to inspire confidence to the executive members as well as to the engineering and project teams.
  • Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a high-pace highly complex cross-functional environment activily managing ambiguity.
  • Excellent organization and delegation skills with ability to own the product roadmap and schedule with a track record of delivering projects on-time.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend complex problems and effectively facilitate the team to a decision and coordinate the action plan.
  • Solid skills in evaluation and criticism of engineering decisions and changes.
  • Available for occasional business travel within and outside of the US.
  • Experience in automotive development processes, including: design reviews, change management i.e. engineering changes’ evaluation with suppliers, deviation requests, etc.
  • Previous CM management experience.
  • Experience with Jama requirements management.
  • Experience with Attlassian Software (JIRA , Confluence).
  • Experience on program management communication software such as; Smartsheet, MS Project, Tableau, or similar
  • Individual contributor to the design and development of complex electronic control units is highly valued.
  • Experience in startup environment (Electric Vehicle/Autonomous Technology preferred).



  • Bachelor degree in Software/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. Master degree is highly valued.
  • Project Management training. PMP certificate is highly valued.
