We are currently seeking a skilled Sr. Solutions Architect Engineer, Manufacturing Tools for the Hardware Engineering team. You will be managing multiple scheduling activities for simultaneous projects.

 

Duties:

 

  • Lead technical aspects of Solution Design, development, Integration, testing, and Implementation
  • Provides business and technical expertise and guidance to team responsible for building solutions; facilitates and evaluates deliverables and execution
  • Liaison with stakeholder to drive technology inductions in the environment
  • Generate Technology Roadmaps and plan for technology induction
  • Maintaining very high customer satisfaction and a consistently great work experience with all teams
  • Lead technical aspects of Solutions Design, development, Integration, and Implementation
  • Lead build and integrate information systems to meet the company’s needs.
  • Review Information Security compliances, policies, and standards for peer feedbacks.
  • Develop and work with information Security SME to build enterprise security architecture 
  • Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
  • Align with stakeholders on business vision, objectives and generate technical requirements
  • Conduct Technical Gap Analysis, generate technical demands, provide insight about functionality in product new releases and industry trends
  • Provide business and technical expertise and guidance to team responsible for building solutions, facilitates and evaluates deliverables and execution
  • Collaborate with intra and inter departmental SMEs to identify, analyze challenges and conduct solutions building exercises
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Coach Team members on new technologies to formulate inter and intra department activities

    Requirement:

     

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • CCIE, CCDE (preferred)
  • 15+ Years of experience in a fast-moving environment
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to details
  • Proven experience in engineering and architecture design
  • Previous project management experience is advantageous
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
  • Excellent knowledge of ITSM, ITIL standards and its processes
  • Resolving technical problems as they arise
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • May travel internationally
  • Business level fluency in English required, other language knowledge is a plus
  • Guide team members on escalated incidents
  • Review Design Documents and technical documents
  • Provides facilitation for inter departmental and customers on their requirements
