This role requires a proven trainer/facilitator with knowledge of sales, delivery, and/or service department operations, roles, practices, processes, and KPIs. The ideal candidate will also have experience with performance coaching and help support a strong Learning & Development culture within the team.
As the Field Operations Trainer, you will help support the creation and delivery of our approach to customer engagement including training materials. Our field operations strategy prioritizes a world-class customer experience to assist in building the Lucid brand. The Field Operations Trainer plays a critical role in shaping this approach. This is a non-technical training role.
The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate flexibility in the face of shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ability to think big and focus on scalable, measurable processes which drive immediate results to help establish and support a strong learning culture are critical. Up to 50% travel could be required at times based on business needs.
You will:
Deliver training materials for in-person and virtual classroom setting
Help develop a wide array of learning content for Instructor-led and Virtual sessions including change management interventions, train-the-trainer workshops, and sales training
Work closely with the Sales and Service Operations Managers to support onboarding of employees at new retail locations
Demonstrate a strong and engaging presentation/facilitation presence, with the ability to listen and quickly adjust content to meet the needs of a diverse audience
Provide employees with support to develop the skillsets required to produce a world class experience to guests in a retail environment
Provide new employees with the skills sets required to produce a world class end-to-end ownership experience
Work in close collaboration with facilitators, instructional designers, and operations teams to create a seamless experience for all learners
Play a vital role in ensuring our Sales Associates are capable of achieving sales goals early in the process by providing a customer centric learning path
Interact and work closely with Senior Leadership to determine specific training needs to align training goals with the overall Sales Department objectives
Up to 75% travel based on business needs
You bring:
2+ years of training and/or content development experience for front of classroom environment
2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a strong Fixed Operations facilitation background
Understanding of Adult Learning principles and proven track record and how to apply them in a dynamic learning environment
The ability to rapidly master new technologies, methodologies, and subject matter, and transfer this expertise to others
A deep understanding of Fixed Operations concepts
Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and written in English and another European language or Arabic
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority simultaneously
Prior experience managing program ROI, metrics evaluation and reporting on program deliverables
Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and written
Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to perform in an undefined, unestablished environment
Advantageous
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM
Accelerated knowledge of Sustainable Energy and Electric Vehicle Industry
Coaching certification and/or experience
Prior experience in Retail Sales and/or Fixed Operations environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
