Lucid is seeking a customer-oriented, articulate, and highly motivated Delivery Experience Analyst for Europe. We are looking for someone who can help create, monitor and steer the end-to-end customer delivery experience for Lucid. The role will create processes, develop KPIs, and build precise reporting to accelerate the growth of the Delivery organization.
This role requires a mix of business process ideation, implementation, and monitoring. By being able to make the translation from data to actionable insights which you are able to present to stakeholders, you are actively contributing to the customer journey. Being one of the earliest members of our European Sales Operations team, you will have a unique opportunity for broad exposure across many functions.
The ideal candidate has a unique perspective on how to deliver personalized, memorable experiences for Lucid customers while constantly focusing on improving operational efficiencies. You are meticulously detailed, well-organized, and understand the critical nature of setting daily priorities.
Work with Delivery leaders to develop and implement Lucid’s delivery process, from ideation through to system implementation and monitoring
Translate data to actionable insights and present these to your stakeholders
Build and maintain models to forecast the needs of the Delivery organization, including headcount and geographic throughput of vehicles
Work closely with our Salesforce Developers and Admins to build in the Salesforce platform the processes and data model required for the Delivery team to operate
Help develop KPIs specific to the delivery program. The three main focuses are: customer satisfaction, maximizing yield, and minimizing vehicle dwell time
Create and maintain concise and accurate reporting for Sales and Delivery leadership
Work closely with teams including, but not limited to: Sales; Order Operations; Delivery Advisors; Delivery Operations; Finance; Service; Logistics to ensure the customer is prepared to take delivery of their vehicle(s)
Be uncompromising in pursuing data integrity and building data generation processes that will scale
Increase the efficiency of our Sales and Delivery teams and systems in preparation for rapid growth
Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives
3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, or similar role
BS/MS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or quantitative Business fields
Experience in Business Process Management, including proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and how it can be configured and customized
Salesforce reporting and dashboard-building expertise
Experience building advanced forecasting models in Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize
Willingness and flexibility to learn a broad range of skillsets in a fast-paced, exciting environment
Salesforce Admin certification
SQL and Tableau proficiency
Experience with working with customers
