As a Trade Cycle Management Lead you will handle, develop, and implement effective trade cycle management sales programs and initiatives; handle the day to day collaboration and cooperation with external partners ensuring a positive experience with the brand and control the quality of delivery; cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners for effective planning and mutual understanding and communicate and implement process, policies and systems in areas of responsibility and monitor their respect.

We want you to:

 

  • Design a clear sales and marketing Trade Cycle Management (TCM) strategy for Hyundai Motor Europe, NSC’s (National Sales Companies) and FSP’s in order to increase retention and keep vehicles as asset for the brand 
  • Develop TCM approach with all Hyundai Motor Europe stakeholders (departments of sales operations, marketing, product etc.) and partners for effective planning and mutual understanding
  • Develop a dedicated implementation plan for TCM products
  • Develop effective TCM KPI’s tracking tools
  • Design system(s), processes and collateral to increase customer centricity 
  • Work closely with FSP’s partners and NCSc’s to deliver an aligned customer approach
  • Communicate and implement process, policies and systems in areas of responsibility and monitor their respect
  • Be accountable for defining and driving change for in-life customer value by delivering solutions that meet customer needs and objectives
  • To organize his/her activities to have a permanent watch at the market evolution in terms of new financial offers in cooperation with the FSPs

You will also need to have:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive finance operations or other relevant experience
  • Trade Cycle Management, retention and auto-captive knowledge 
  • Full working knowledge of auto finance process
  • Full working knowledge of captive financing processes and products
  • High level of attention to detail combined with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and business-oriented mindset
  • Focus on improvements and innovation
  • Fluency in English
