~ Responsible for all Regional Merchandising activities.
~ Development and implementation of Regional Marketing Programs (MSP). This includes launching to the DSMs and dealer body along with publishing all updates.
~ Submit all MSP programs to National Sales for proper approvals based on the executive signature matrix.
~ At conclusion of all MSP programs the applicable submission of all necessary paperwork to ensure timely processing of payments.
~ Planning, communicating and preparing all necessary presentation for all Regional HDAA meetings. At conclusion of meeting responsible for publishing in detail all meeting minutes.
~ Plan and coordinate all regional HDAA activities with applicable advertising agencies.
~ Coordinate all Regional Auto Shows. This includes setup (pre-pay activities), shipment of displays, ordering necessary vehicles via regional distribution, running the shows during public days and breakdown of the show at the conclusion.
~ Maintain monthly/yearly department expenses within established budget guidelines.
~ Coordinate sales training for DSMs and Regional sales consultants.
~ Complete understanding of the STAR program. Responsible for all payment issues with dealership personnel.
~ Complete understanding of our National Incentive Programs. Responsible for assisting DSMs in all dealership payment issues. This position interfaces with the National Incentive group on behalf of the DSMs and dealership personnel.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
~ Interface with National Audit Department concerning any potential incentive audits.
~ Coordinate and implement Regional ad co-op programs. This includes working with National Marketing Department on Co-op guidelines, submission time frames and all other data that is required to run this program as deemed necessary by National marketing.
~ Training and Mentoring of the DSMs.
~ Perform all other assigned duties (duties that are ancillary to this position and/or complement the essential duties) as required.
~ Responsible for processing all MSP payments.
~ Responsible for the fair and equitable distribution of dealership co-op.
~ Responsible for processing all time off requests in the department.
~ Responsible for approving Equipment/Software requests for the department.
~ Responsible for completing the Performance Goals/Evaluations for the department.
~ Must be a high school graduate
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred
~ Master’s degree a plus
~ Eight years wholesale related automotive experienced desired with demonstrated abilities in direct dealer contacts.
~ Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.
~ Demonstrated abilities in AS400, SQL, EXAM, QMF and database management.
~ Excellent analytical skills.
~ Excellent communication skills.
~ Excellent organizational skills.
~ Excellent time management skills.
~ QMF query ability.
~ Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
~ AS400 system experience a plus.
$95,850.00 – $142,000.00 Annual
Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
