Manufacturing Subsidiary Innovator (m/f/d) (Offenbach, Hesse, DE, 63067)

As a Manufacturing Subsidiary Innovator you will participate in the business development and budget plan by preparing analysis and simulation. You will perform diverse analysis to monitor financial performance and budget progression. Also, you will interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration and cooperation to deliver high quality services. You will prepare and deliver various financial reports and coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding. Lastly, you will support the communication and implementation of processes, policies and systems.


We want you to:


  • Monitor monthly closing, forecasting and planning data of manufacturing subsidiary 
  • Verify cost by detail segment to support and analyze region-wide financial-analytical reports 
  • Forecast region-wide profit impact based on the subsidiaries’ financial data trend 
  • Support in ad hoc analyses and reports occasionally 
  • Participate in defining the mid/long-term subsidiary management plans 
  • Interact with subsidiaries’ counterparts remotely or on-site and guide financial compliance to ensure achievement of agreed objectives

You will also need to have:


  • University degree in BA/ Finance / Mathematics or comparable 
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience
  • Cost analysis experience in the automotive industry would be a plus 
  • Analyzing and reporting experience with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel) 
  • Extensive knowledge of managerial accounting and the ability to learn new concepts quickly 
  • Logical thinking and reporting skills 
  • Strong communication skills to support discussions with subsidiaries’ counterparts 
  • Ability to work team-based in multicultural environment 
  • Fluency in English
