Location
Purpose
~ This position is responsible for the day-to-day program management including tracking and accountability of all success metrics for the Connected Car ecosystem which includes Bluelink, Genesis Connected Services, Digital Key 1st and 2nd generation, multiple IoT integrations, In-Car Wi-Fi and more.
~ This position is also responsible for leading certain product launch activities, internal alignment, and stakeholder accountability as well as post-launch tracking, and ongoing program operations of key initiatives.
Major Responsibilities
~ Lead the coordination, tracking/organization, and influence of all Connected Car Program KPIs.
~ Identify and address issues in the customer enrollment and conversion funnel contributing to overall revenue and connectivity volume local and global goals.
~ Develop and evolve detailed automated dashboards tracking every aspect of Connected Car Program health.
~ While in interim manually aggregate and report on all KPIs monthly until all dashboards have been developed.
~ Be key influencer of Connected Car owner marketing content including emails, in-app and in-car messaging, and be accountable for their success.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
~ Drive improvement of owner mobile-app and web channels to contribute to best-in-class Connected Car ownership experience ongoing and as related to new feature inclusion.
~ Manage department budget as well as complex holistic Connected Car business model forecasting and actuals as well as further-future modeling as needed.
~ Be a trusted product expert on all Connected Car features, leading reviews on all internally produced content to ensure accuracy and quality.
~ Manage direct reports responsible for Connected Car test vehicle fleet and department budget and business case tracking.
~ Reconcile program performance monthly with internal Finance and Accounting departments ensuring accuracy and quality forecasting of program throughout each year.
~ Support product launch activities as needed with comfort to speak to journalists or media on new features and overall benefit of the Connected Car eco-system.

~ Manage applicable program business partners/vendors.
~ Write and specify business requirements.
~ Make appropriate decisions in the absence of the Sr. Manager.
~ Manage activities and performance of future integrations and timeliness.
~ Communicate issues to management.
~ Directly supervise staff, possibly including contractors.
Education
Related Experience
~ Six to seven years of relevant experience, of which at least three years is directly related experience within the automotive, automotive-adjacent or technology industry.
~ Automotive telematics or connected consumer product experience a plus.
~ Proven record of driving growth and positive change of a complex technology driven product or service.
Skills/Knowledge
~ Ability to work with all levels of management.
~ Strong strategic planning skills.
~ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
~ High level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
~ Strong understanding of Internet of Things industry and mobile devices
~ Must have a driver’s license and qualify for a lease vehicle (for insurability purposes).
~ Periodic travel to support events, dealer activities, vendor monitoring, etc.
