As an HR Payroll Partner you will interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration and cooperation to deliver high quality payroll services for employees and enhance organization efficiency.

We want you to:

 

  • Perform monthly payroll tasks (reporting, analysis, relation with authorities, etc.)
  • Ensure timely initiation for payment of all statutory dues related to payroll
  • Be the contact person for all payroll topics, as well as payroll tax, social security, documentation and certifications
  • Perform various payroll simulation for next year budget and planning
  • Support salary set-up for new comers
  • Support the development of relevant recognition programs
  • Review all payroll input and make sure all necessary checks are in order
  • Design and manage shared service model for payroll
  • Participate in the development and implementation of compensation & benefits strategies

You will also need to have:
 

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Payroll-relevant knowledge in the areas of tax, social security, labor law
  • Good knowledge of tax and social security regulations in the area of payroll (for other benefits, pension plans, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Competence to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English
