Job Title: Junior HR
MAIN PORPUSE
Support HR activities, with focus on selection, development, training and internal communication.
The resource will report directly to the senior HR and support him/her in daily tasks
GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES
SELECTION:
- Talent Attraction: recruiting activities (LinkedIn, relations with Head Hunters and Universities)
- Selection: Provide recruitment support and be responsible for the onboarding process for new hires
ORGANIZATION & DEVELOPMENT:
- Organization: support the update of organization charts, headcount evolution, workload analysis, job descriptions
- Maintaining the HR database and ensuring that records are kept up-to-date
- Support the Senior HR in Personnel Evaluation process (Performance, Competence, Succession Plan)
- Grant support to the Senior HR in compensation topic: development and updating benefits programs for employees
- Internal Communication: support
- Labor Cost: monitoring support
- Training: assist the definition of a structured training plan for Employees, based on organizational and individual needs to guarantee internal development
- Analysis: support HR analysis, reporting and presentations
- Internal climate: Survey launch and monitoring
- Events Organization
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
- University degree
- Master degree in human resources will be consider a plus
- Professional English level
- Minimum 1 year experience in related position or specialization
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Discretion and diplomacy
- Proactive attitude
