As an European Sales Analyst, you will analyze European market trends and policies to provide action plans and strategies to the management in order to reach the targets and qualitative growth.

We want you to:

 

  • Steer, monitor and analyze the market and sales performance and propose action plans 
  • Establish monthly business analysis report for the sales and its performance
  • Set up routine & ad-hoc studies on market environment in order to develop Business strategy
  • Review and evaluate data and information from internal resources (Pricing, Product, R&D, etc.)
  • Organize production order, shipment, sales, stock, CO2 on a daily base to support the markets and the factory operation
  • Conduct the negotiations/discussions with the markets (Business Plan, Operational Plan, Memorandum of Understanding, Budget) 
  • Provide strong operative support through pro-active takeover of operative tasks

You will also need to have:

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Admin., Economics or another relevant academic discipline
  • At least 2 years in similar role in the automotive industry preferred
  • Understanding of the automotive trends/competitors and the overall process-flows within an Automotive corporation
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset, problem solving skills, ability to persuade
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented personality
  • Capability to deal with time pressure and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Very good command in English, solid knowledge of other European language(s) preferred
