CX Analyst (m/f/d) (Offenbach, Hesse, DE, 63067)

As a CX Analyst you will be supporting our company’s customer experience strategy, identify the opportunities and provide solutions to improve our overall customer experience, work in close collaboration with the markets to coordinate workflows and assist in the implementation of new CX programs, tools, and various business initiatives. 

We want you to:

 

  • Participate in the design and development of new loyalty and experience programs and tools in close collaboration with the Product Owners, IT department and responsible parties in the markets
  • Be the main contact person for the markets in order to prioritize the backlog and coordinate internal and external partners to deliver the roadmap according to time, budget, quality and risk
  • Coordinate workflows with internal interfaces and get the systems to communicate effectively in order to provide a solid base for customer service tools 
  • Identify and drive process improvements in order to improve customer experience in Hyundai platforms
  • Use data management, analytics and project management skills to glean insights from analysis to influence decision making process
  • Evaluate current practices to find better ways to solve problems with a hands-on approach
  • Support CX tools roll out plan in a timely and cost-effective manner

You will also need to have: 

 

  • University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.) in IT, business area or related subjects
  • High level of understanding of application design development and new processes and services integration
  • Knowledge and experience in: agile methods and tools (JIRA, Confluence), products & processes, UX/UI design and analytics
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Solutions- and client service-oriented mindset 
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience in automotive industry is preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
