~ The Associate, Merchandising is responsible for the administrative functions that are pertinent to the Merchandising/Marketing Department in the Region.
~This role will interact with the DSM, Regional Management and National Office personnel.
~The Merchandising Associate will develop the skills required to be a successful field manager for Hyundai.
~ Execute and fulfill all aspects of Regional Market Support Programs.
~ Coordinate the administrative functions of Co-op and Dealer Development Launch Funds.
~ Communicate with our District Sales Managers on consumer rebates, dealer cash programs and incentives.
~ Responsible for the logistics and arrangements pertaining to promotions, auto shows, and Hope on Wheels.

~ Position has the authority to escalate incentive and co-op appeal decisions directed by Regional Merchandising Senior Manager.
~ Two to four years of work experience of which at least two years directly related in sales or marketing preferred.
~ Good analytical skills
~ Proficiency with windows based software programs – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
