Purpose

~ The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition Program Management will manage new and existing programs and projects. They will be responsible for the development of innovative programs and processes to help support and drive solutions in support of internal customers.

Major Responsibilities

~ Under the direction of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this position is responsible for managing Talent Acquisition projects, which directly impact the growth initiatives within the organization.

~ This role will drive program goals and provide project management support, including defining project plans, managing implementation activities, and developing protocols, documentation, KPIs, and communications for rollout.

~ Establish and maintain proper governance across all TA tech platforms, globally.

~ Influence stakeholders by leveraging data, business acumen and industry knowledge/market research.

~ Engage with a broad set of stakeholders to ensure the programs and processes are aligned to the organization’s priorities and goals.

Major Responsibilities (continued)

~ Provide process and technical support for existing systems and process, including troubleshooting issues and responding to end user inquiries.

~ Be a thought partner in developing programs to enhance the TA organization and the candidate and stakeholder experience.

~ Partner with broader TA Operations team and contributing teams on other initiatives and projects.

~ Assist with managing budgets, contracts of associated staffing vendors, and relocation.

Education

~ Must be a high school graduate
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred

Related Experience

~ Five to six years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations.

~ Prior program and project management experience.

~ Automotive experience a plus. 

~ Experience with SAP SuccessFactors a plus.

~ Ability to manage complex projects on time and within budgetary guidelines.

~ Proven good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions that impact strategy, process, and outcomes.

Certification Required

~ SHRM-CP, PHR or HCS preferred.

$65,800.00 – $94,000.00 Annual
