Purpose

~ This position will assist in the implementation of the Genesis digital service experience and helping to develop enhance the digital customer experience.

~ Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital service programs based on customer satisfaction results and Retailer feedback.

~ Maintain programs status reports that provide National, Area and Retailer management with analysis in order to show performance and look for areas of opportunity.  

~ Partner with internal departments and external suppliers to create and execute above programs.

~ Maintain department budget and manage supplier billings and agreements.

~ Support Service Process programs as required.

Major Responsibilities

~ Support Sr Manager in all initiatives as required.

~ Implement and manage multiple SLT initiatives with internal and external business partners.

~ Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting metrics including robust analyses and overviews on trends and findings.

~ Assist in the creation, development, and deployment of Owner Education Videos.

~ Maintain relationships with external vendors ensuring Genesis requirements are being fulfilled.

~ Align and collaborate with all Owner Experience colleagues across various scopes of projects and assignments.

~ Work collaboratively with Non-Technical Training to ensure digital service experiences are included appropriately.

~ Provide insight from data across various scopes of projects and assignments.

~ Monitor program effectiveness, deliverable status, implementation schedules, ad hoc reports and analysis, etc.

~ Develop continuous improvement and value-added solutions for management presentations.

~ Document and maintain department procedure & policy for above programs (e.g., dataflow to/from suppliers, report procedures, program approvals). Identify issues and improvement opportunities.

~ Address questions or inquiries about above programs from National and Area staff, retailers and guests.

~ Develop business requirements, test scripts and perform user acceptance testing as required.

~ Maintain supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices. Facilitate processing and approvals with internal departments.

~ Maintain budget, including annual development, monthly accruals, ongoing monitoring and reconciliation. Includes overall department budget and individual budgets for above programs.

~ Perform other duties and assignments as determined by management.

~ Support and monitor supplier performance.

~ Independently review and approve deliverables from suppliers and internal support departments.

~ Interface with National and Regional Area management and partner with internal departments to implement department programs.

~ Create, release and pay departmental invoices through SAP.

~ Able to evaluate vendor offerings and make recommendations for GMA adoption.

~ Identify areas of the service journey that needs automation and make recommendations.

~ Evaluate poor performing Regions/Districts/Dealers to Sr Management and make recommendations for corrective actions.

Education

~ Bachelor’s degree required.
~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

~ Four plus years of automotive OEM or auto finance company experience. Luxury OEM or automotive field experience preferred.

~ Strong analytics & process background

~ SAP, Excel, & data modeling experience.

~ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

~ Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have highly effective verbal and written skills.

~ Self-motivated, high initiative works well independently with little to moderate direction.

Certification Required

~ Driver’s license and good driving record required to drive a company car.
