Your Role:

Support all aspects of the deal process, including sourcing, qualification, initial rationale/pitch, financial modeling, deal negotiations, due diligence and closing & integration activities. Provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives. Prepare and deliver presentations to team leaders and senior management. Lead key qualitative (e.g., strategy development, competitive landscaping, industry analyses, etc.) and quantitative (e.g., all aspects of financial modeling) analyses in support of deals/deliverables. Lead strategic and quantitative analysis, driving the business case and financial modeling. Lead key modules of strategy projects and orchestrate work streams across the Corporate Strategy team. Act as a thought leader on Faraday’s strategy and develop growth strategies for the company. Define growth and competitive advantage opportunities by identifying technology trends, portfolio integration and expansion opportunities and business model evolution. Partner with senior leadership to identify and execute on growth and margin expansion opportunities, constructively challenging “where to play” and “how to win” choices. Drives and defines objectives, scope, and deliverables for key projects, and aligns and prioritizes project activities with corporate strategy from product conception to launch. Monitoring strategic moves of top competitors/industry leaders. Plan, monitor, manage analysts to achieve goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a closely related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or closely related occupation.

Must possess expertise/ knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/ knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/ knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time.” Required expertise/ knowledge includes:

  • Fundamentals of accounting.
  • Financial statement analysis.
  • Financial modeling.
  • Corporate valuation analysis.
  • Quantitative/Qualitative analysis.
