About the role and about you: 

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join the Cyngn HR & Operations team. With the primary focus on scheduling and facilitating interviews, the Recruiting Coordinator is dedicated to ensuring all candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Cyngn. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire talent & HR infrastructure from the ground up. This role will provide you with an expanding set of responsibilities in a high growth and fast-paced environment.

 

Key Deliverables:

 

  • Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite)
  • Provide follow-up correspondence with a sense of urgency to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email making sure there are no blackouts in communication
  • Focus on creating a phenomenal candidate experience
  • Act as an admin for our ATS Lever, including updating candidate records, tracking recruiting activities, and posting jobs; become a Lever expert and share your expertise and tips with the team
  • Optimize use of our applicant tracking system to maximize the efficiency of our hiring process and provide regular reporting and analytics
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
  • Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other team members, prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through
  • Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system as needed, including fulfilling documentation requirements and other relevant interview details

    Experience and superpowers we’re looking for:

     

  • Experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience
  • Basic understanding of the Talent Acquisition function in a fast-moving business environment
  • Intuitive and able to identify potential areas of improvement in our operational processes
  • 1+ years of work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, administrative, or equivalent experience in fast-paced start-up, or in a similar professional coordination role
  • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • Experience and proficiency in Google Suite and ATS such as Lever, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Ability to switch gears while managing multiple internal priorities in a time sensitive matter
  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic
