Product Manager – Asset Tracking and Analytics

About this role:

Cyngn is looking to expand its product management team! We are looking to hire an experienced Product Manager that will lead our Asset Tracking Product. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of Cyngn Infinitracker, which includes working to develop a roadmap of new features that drive customer value, supporting fluid integration of Infinitracker into Cyngn’s Enterprise Autonomy Suite, and working with our business development, sales, and marketing teams on go-to-market strategy and sales enablement. We are looking for leaders that not only develop great products and features, but also support the development of strong team culture and collaboration!




  • Be the primary product owner for Cyngn Infinitracker, including hardware, embedded software, and cloud
  • Interface directly with leadership at our customers to shape solutions and ensure their ultimate success.
  • Leverage data to understand our customers to ensure effective prioritization, establish a roadmap and define long-term strategy for Cyngn’s Asset tracking and EAS products
  • Launch new features and own technical documentation in collaboration with Engineering, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
  • Develop a technical understanding of our product’s systems, and work with engineers and stakeholders to identify meaningful improvements that unlock value for customers. 
  • Be a promoter of Cyngn Product team’s core principles and norms: always be honest and transparent, encourage intentional communication, and stimulate strong cross-functional communication.



  • BS/BA in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience with hardware and software
  • 3-4 years experience as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager working in production environments
  • Experience with IoT, asset management, 4G/5G, or BLE products is preferred
  • Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Solid technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical design challenges & risks
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to customers, executives, and internal audiences.
  • Ability to drive teams of diverse backgrounds to ship features on aggressive timelines with little oversightInterest and ability to learn additional skills and technologies as required

    Bonus Qualifications


  • Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, or complex software / hardware systems 
  • Experience as a software developer and/or systems engineering and/or experience with  C++, Java, HTML
